Option II moves high school start times 18 minutes later to 7:35 AM and moves all elementary, middle, and special/alternative school start times 20 minutes later.

This option would result in seven elementary schools dismissing after 4:00 PM:

• Bodkin Elementary School: 4:05 PM
• Folger McKinsey Elementary School: 4:05 PM
• Hebron-Harman Elementary School: 4:15 PM
• Meade Heights Elementary School: 4:10 PM
• Odenton Elementary School: 4:05 PM
• Overlook Elementary School: 4:05 PM
• Solley Elementary School: 4:05 PM

This option would also result in four middle schools dismissing after 4:00 PM:

• Magothy River Middle School: 4:10 PM
• Old Mill Middle School North: 4:10 PM
• Old Mill Middle School South: 4:10 PM
• Severn River Middle School: 4:10 PM

This option would also result in two special/alternative schools dismissing after 4:00 PM:

• Mary Moss @ J. Albert Adams Academy: 4:25 PM
• Marley Glen Special: 4:10 PM

This option would require an additional 10 buses to accommodate the high school trips currently using available non-public buses. These buses would not be available with the later high school start time. Using the projected 2018 annual cost per bus of $61,806, the total cost of this option would be $618,060 to resolve the non-public transportation requirements.
