2013-2014 School Hours Transportation Study
In February 2013, the Transportation Division published an informational report entitled School Hours Study. In December 2013, the Board of Education (BOE) asked the Superintendent to create a survey regarding changing the start time of schools in Anne Arundel County. The results of this survey were presented in February 2014.

2014 State Audit
In 2014, the Maryland Office of Legislative Audits (OLA) prepared a Financial Management Practices Audit Report for Anne Arundel County. This audit, which was conducted to evaluate AACPS procedures and policies for effectiveness and efficiency, included a section on the Division of Transportation.In the report, the OLA recommended that AACPS obtain and implement automated routing software.

2013-2014 AACPS Student Enrollment
During the 2013-2014 school year, 78,490 students were enrolled in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Official student enrollment for the 2014-2015 school year will be available in Fall 2014.
